Carolina B. Hensley

Carolina Hensley is a Vice President at Progress Equity Partners, Ltd. Ms. Hensley has 12 years of experience in investment banking, mezzanine investing and private equity and has been involved in 20+ transactions over her career.

Prior to joining Progress Equity in 2011, Ms. Hensley worked at Guaranty Bank and Trust as a commercial lender and with Highline Equity Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm. Previously, Ms. Hensley was a Principal with NewWest Capital Partners for four years. She was intimately involved with all aspects of the business including leading transactions. Ms. Hensley also served as interim CFO for a struggling NewWest portfolio company for six months. Prior to joining NewWest, Ms. Hensley worked at Rocky Mountain Capital Partners as an associate for four years. She started her career in investment banking in New York, spending two years with SG Cowen in the technology corporate finance group.

Ms. Hensley received a BSBA, magna cum laude, from the University of Denver where she was an athletic and academic All-American Nordic skier.
