Paul A. Yeoham

Paul Yeoham is a founding partner of Progress Equity Partners, Ltd. Mr. Yeoham has more than fifteen years of financial and investment management experience. Prior to forming Progress Equity, he was a senior partner at Transition Capital Partners, Ltd., a similar leveraged buyout firm. Mr. Yeoham joined Transition Capital Partners in 1993 as an associate, while the firm operated as Best Associates, and became a partner in 1996 when the firm changed its name to Best, Patterson, Crothers and Yeoham, Ltd. Prior to Best Associates, Mr. Yeoham worked for Westcott Communications, Inc., where his position as Special Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development contributed to his experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Yeoham currently serves on the boards of Westcon, Inc., Conisus, LLC, (Envision Communications) and Oncology Molecular Imaging, LLC and previously served in a similar capacity for the boards of Texas Home Health Holdings, Inc., Tributary Systems, Inc., Digney York Associates, LLC and Network for Medical Communication and Research, LLC. At this level, Mr. Yeoham provides strategic direction and guidance in order to ensure a smooth and successful transformation of entrepreneurial driven businesses into high performance organizations.

Mr. Yeoham’s operational background stems from the hospitality industry where he created, owned, operated and sold several retail and restaurant enterprises located in Dallas. Mr. Yeoham received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master's Degree in Business from Southern Methodist University.
